Crown Entertainment has a goal of providing unique and exquisite performances from around the world. The talent we create and seek will amaze people of all ages.
Fitness is a huge contributing part of creative talent and we understand that, so our group of trained professionals assist athletes and artists alike to reach their highest potential. Learning a sport is one thing, to perfect it is what makes it truly beautiful.

Our Artistic Classes are:

Flash Mob - In this Class individuals will learn a choreographed dance. Every class will be a new routine to learn, so it’s ALWAYS fresh! Beginners welcome. No dance experience required. We are here to have fun and want you to enjoy every moment of this experience. Once the routine has been learnt, we perform for the public. Definition of Flash Mob – Participants of the Flash Mob group meet together at a public place and as the music starts, everyone performs the routine. It is meant to entertain and surprise the onlookers.

Aerial Endurance – This class uses the Aerial Silks used to build strength and increase flexibility. Is class is a hard workout but doesn’t feel like it!

Aerial Silk Beginner Class – This Class is for those looking to find a challenging but fun way to workout and also for those looking to either learn something new or those who would like to start an exciting career in the Performing Arts and Entertainment industry.

Aerial Silk Intermediate Class – As you gain the knowledge and strength from the beginners class, advancing is an option. This will allow you to gain more knowledge and improve your skills.

Aerial Silks Advance Class – This is the class that will provide even more knowledge and provide a higher skill level. You will get the opportunity to be a part of creations of advance skill set and knowledge.  Performance opportunities available to those who audition.

Aerial Free Play – This is a time allotment where Aerial performers from Beginning to Advance can participate in Free Play on the silks with a Certified Instructor to supervise and assist with all that was learned in Class. Practice makes perfect!

Hoops Classes – In this class you will learn a whole Choreographed routine to participate in. Each class is different and you can learn something new in every class.

Hoop Free Play – This is a time allotment for those participating in the Hoops Classes. A certified instructor will supervise and assist with all that was learned in class. Practice makes perfect.

Parkour Beginner  – This class is unique in so many ways. You will have an instructor show you how to utilise your surroundings to bound and leap off of. This art form is used in stunts and as a unique way to work out without a gym! This is a great workout.

Parkour Intermediate – As you gain strength and technique you will be able to advance. Intermediate level will show you new and fun ways to use your surroundings and get a great, fun workout! Enjoy, you made it!

Burlesque Dancing Beginner – This FUN dance class is sexy and will be you back to times of simplicity, where sex appeal was far different than it is today! Learning new classy dance routines will empower you and boost even the highest self esteem.

Burlesque Dancing Intermediate – This is where things get turned up a little. Challenge yourself a little more. Start thinking about trying out for the Burlesque Performing Act! These routines are more challenging and just as sexy as ever!

Burlesque Dancing Advance – These routines are practiced and used by the Burlesque Show Girls and learning NEW routines that will be used in future performances are run through the Advance Dance Team. You made it! You have the choice of Stardom! Come to Try outs!

Cheer Team Beginner – Be a part of this unique team. Cheerleaders will work hard at increasing flexibility, strength and will learn some awesome routines. Intermediate and Advance Classes as well.

Crown’s Fitness Classes:



Step Class – Remember the 1980’s? If not, no big deal! We have reinvented an old school fitness class that was one of the most popular in the 80’s. Revamped and ready to rock your body into shape. This class has energetic, motivating instructors who make the class even more fun! Inviting and uplifting environment.

Stroller Momma’s – This class is an outdoor class. Our Instructors who double as Momma’s know how difficult it can be to get into a gym with baby and toddlers schedules. What we do know is that baby and toddlers LOVE walks! We have a Personal Trainer to lead you on a challenging group walk. This is not only a great way to rock your body but also meet Momma’s and potential play dates for the kids! 30 min to 1 hour classes available.

Top Gun – Got Tickets to the Gun Show? Taking this class will allow you to focus on your upper body ONLY. No workout is ever the same and that’s what makes this class so beautiful. Change is a part of growth, also defining and cutting.

Burpee Battery – Burpees scare you? I know, what were we thinking creating a class like this! We were thinking that if we could make you do 100 Burpees without EVEN knowing because these Burpee’s are SO much fun you would come back again for the great workout! That’s right! Burpee’s made fun!!! Challenge yourself!

Booty Camp – Beginners Boot camp. We know that Boot camp sounds intimidating, so we thought we’d offer a class to slowly easy you into trying a more intense class. This Class is great for anyone just starting with Fitness. Congratulations. Taking the first step in making a life change can be challenging and intimidating. We’re here for you, every step of the way.

Seven Nights of Sexy – Seven Nights of sexy will provide you with 7 classes. You will learn some provocative movements to share with your partner, or just to embrace your feminine side. Empowering. Every woman should experience seven nights of sexy.

Pre Pregnancy/Pregnancy Fitness – We know that fitness is important during all stages of your life. During pregnancy there are some techniques that will help to assist with birthing process. Hip rotations, pressure points, yoga and meditation are all so useful to success in a drug free delivery. Also useful for relaxation, to improve frequency of B.M.’s and to open the birthing canal. This class has been designed by experienced Personal Trainers who have experienced birth, by midwives, birthing coaches, reflexologists, experts in meditation and experienced Yoga instructors.  Your ultimate Pregnancy Class.  

Crown’s Weight Loss Programs:

Weight Loss Crown Course (10-20lbs to lose)– This Course is for those wanting to lose 10-20 lbs. In this course you will attend group classes where you will learn the fundamentals of eating right, balance and portion control. You will be able to have fitness classes with other woman looking to achieve the same common goal. We’ll bring you back to basics, we provide you with the tools for success for the rest of your life. See why this will be the last “weight loss program” you will EVER try.

Health & Weight Loss Crown Course (20lbs plus) –Hands on success guide led by a team of wellness & fitness experts to guide you to achieving your weight loss goals.
